If you are one of them, then the Service is for you, and we can drive to a hotel, your office, or any place you choose. We always bring a professional massage table, a set of fresh towels, and all the accessories needed for your relaxation. !!! Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required to hold your appointment. Lotus Relaxing Massage values your time and feels honouring the same policies we hold for our clients is fair. Should Lotus need to cancel on a client due to hazardous weather conditions weather, power outages, or other unforeseen events with less than 24 hours' notice, we will honour 50% off your next identical service and do all we can to reschedule your appointment promptly. Lotus Relaxing Massage understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Here at Lotus, we understand that accidents and emergencies also happen that prevent 24-hour notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. We will do everything we can to accommodate appointment changes and cancellations as required. Please give us a call at your earliest convenience to modify or cancel your appointment. Service cancellation up to 24 hours will be fully refunded. Appointments cancelled within a time of fewer than 24 hours but not less than 12 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount. Appointments cancelled within fewer than 12 hours will incur a charge of 100% of the service amount. But the appointment can be modified up to two times without charging fees. Please note that appointments made within 24 hours may be cancelled but will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount. The appointment can be modified up to two times without charging fees. However, this should be done at least 12 hours before the appointment to avoid being charged 100% of the service amount. Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule on time will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a “No-Show”, and you will be charged for 100% of the service scheduled.
